Successful manufacturer's representative, located in Frederick, MD seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. Must have 2-3 years' experience within the construction industry, with constant phone and email communication with internal and external customers.

 

Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as multi-task between account reps and customers. Good potential candidates come from the automobile, HVAC, electrical or plumbing industries. Position offers possible growth opportunity for results-driven team member.


DUTIES:

 

Maintain the bid schedule
Call general contractors for bidders

Generate and distribute quotes and Engineer’s Budgets
New construction quote follow-up

Enter, edit and convert orders (HFA/RNI)

Generate submittals and maintain O&M documentation

Coordinate product delivery between vendors and customers
Manage reports and the weekly sales meeting
Provide general administrative support to Accounting, Project Managers and Account Reps

 

MUST HAVES:

Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Constant phone and e-mail communication with internal and external customers

Personal drive to perform successfully

Experience interacting with factories and contractors

 

SHOULD HAVES:

Ability to learn new products

Mechanical aptitude

2-3 years experience within the construction industry
